How to build bamboo pig, Preparing to Welcome New Pigs

1. Selecting the Right Location

5. Roofing the Pen

  • Roof Frame: Extend the vertical poles upwards to support the roof. Connect them with bamboo poles to form the roof frame.
  • Adding Thatch or Palm Leaves: Cover the roof frame with thatch or palm leaves, overlapping them to ensure they are waterproof. Tie them securely to the bamboo frame.

6. Finishing Touches

  • Gates and Doors: Create a gate using bamboo poles, ensuring it is sturdy and easy to open and close.
  • Water and Feeding Troughs: Install bamboo or wooden troughs for feeding and watering the pigs. Make sure they are easily accessible and easy to clean.

7. Preparing to Welcome New Pigs
