Harvesting passion fruit in the field
On a sunny morning, we start our passion fruit harvest in a green field. The passion fruit is ripe, large, round, glittering yellow in the sun. Each passion fruit is carefully harvested, to preserve its freshness. Each full basket of passion fruit is quickly transported home to be prepared for processing.

Making summer refreshments
After harvesting, the fresh passion fruit fruits are washed and cut in half. We use a spoon to scoop out the flesh inside, keeping the seeds intact to retain the characteristic flavor. The flesh is then mixed with filtered water and sugar, stirring well until the sugar is completely dissolved. For extra flavor, you can add some mint leaves and ice cubes. The result is a cool glass of passion fruit juice with a mild sweet and sour taste, extremely refreshing for a hot summer day.
